๐ฝ๏ธ Ingredients:
๐ฅ Nuts (peanuts and hazelnuts)
๐ฏ Date Pulp
๐ฅ Peanut Butter
๐ Vanilla and salt to taste
๐ฅฃ Oat flakes (ground into flour)
๐ซ Chocolate (vegan, no sugar)
๐ฅฅ Coconut oil
๐ Cooking:
๐ฅ Fry the nuts (peanuts and hazelnuts) over medium heat until golden brown.
๐ช Prepare the dates: remove the pits, rinse with boiling water, peel.
๐ In a blender, mix the dates, peanut butter, vanilla and a little salt until smooth.
๐ฒ Combine half of the date mass with ground oatmeal.
๐ช Put a dense mixture of oatmeal and dates on parchment, top with "nougat" from the remaining date mass and sprinkle with roasted nuts.
โ๏ธ Place the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes.
๐ซ Melt chocolate (vegan, no sugar) and add coconut oil to it.
โ๏ธ Remove the form from the freezer and cut the mass into bars.
๐ฌ Drizzle each bar with chocolate.
