1. Start face down on a bench set up at about 30-45 degrees, with your feet under you for support and stability. Hold the dumbbells in a pronated or overhand grip throughout the entire exercise.
2. Breathe in before you drive your elbows out to the side in a wide row position, exhaling as you pull the weights to the top of the position.
3. Stop rowing the weights once your arms are in line with your shoulder-height, pausing to maintain control throughout the exercise, and then returning back to the starting position.
4. Repeat #2 & #3 for the desired number of reps.
