I was in Anastasia last year— the guy who played Dmitry couldn't hit the note at the end of My Petersburg, so our vocal director had him sing it the octave down. but on the second to last night, I was waiting in the wings for my cue in Once Upon A December, and I heard him singing it and he did an opt up on that last note!!! everyone backstage was so proud of him, we were clapping so hard, and I'm pretty sure Vlad actually screamed.

We did Mary Poppins community theater this year and there was a called being Mrs. Banks and the actor who played the role as Winfred Banks was AMAZING at her solo and we would all sing along with it and like clap once she was done.

In a production of beauty and the beast the beast had a song that he got to sing called if I can’t love her and throughout the duration of the show up until like closing night I had never heard him sing it because I had a quick change right when he was onstage so for the last show the cast was let up into the sound booth to watch for the last time and I cried so much that day because the beast in the musical ATEE and when he was done me and the other like two cast members in the booth were screaming at the top of our lungs I’ll never forget that experience ❤
