As a united fan I was mad a sir Alex for what he did for pogba but accepted it. I remember his first substitution into the squad against like stoke and he dominated when we were short midfielders. But to buy him again for 100 million was always the end for man united. We undermined SAF and it was just a weak move.

He was on the bench when Scholes came out if retirement against Citeh. If they had treated Scholes like Pirlo, and had Paul Pogba in a midfield 3 with Park and/ or Fletcher in the Vidal role, that would have been frightening. Especially with prime Tevez, Rooney and Ronaldo in a front three.
You could even have had Carrick or Hargreaves holding with Pogba advanced behind the strikers and in a diamond.

That 4 season spell at Juventus was brilliant. As a lifelong Juve fan I had never seen anyone like him at that age. That move was absolutely perfect for him. Conte as manager, training and playing alongside Pirlo, Vidal and Marchisio.
