I treat icebreaker like izi with extra steps. You just need to freeze the target first before you shoot.

The new stasis glaive works really well with ice breaker as you can apply chill clip more consistently, and additionally, you can use the glaive melee for very up close ad clear, making ice breaker be better for usage in medium-long range engagements
Pairing the glacier with ice breaker and using edge transit for burst dps is currently my favorite build Iâve ever used in d2

Ice breaker is like a better izanangis it has better dps wheb swapping with no reload and with an envipus arsenal bait n switch weapon it becomes really good

Icebreaker is meant for ad clear and big burst for champions. Itâs not meant for bosses, but BNS swapping could work really well for a big chunk here and there
