Yes. Crate train them, and then phase it out. There are so many misunderstandings about crate training, and how to properly use them.

When I see someone that’s injured even if I don’t know what happened or how bad the injury is, I feel bad for them. I’ve been there and I’ve done that. It’s no fun at all. Get well soon big guy.👍

I've got a friend that told me crates were bad...I showed her a pomeranian who LOVED her crate..would sleep in it with no door...lol..I got that same pomeranian on video..I told her "bed time Gizzie", she walked over, opened the crate door himself, and walked right in & laid down ❣️

Hmmm… when we got our beagle we put her in a crate ( metal) and broke the door off… we tried just leaving her in the house alone for 6 hours and she calmly just slept on the couch until we returned, no howling, crying or chewing up things, when we returned, we took her on walks and played to get all the energy out! Have been doing this for a year and works great! 👍

My Lab was never a problem at home. Now he's getting even more relaxed (2yo) and I kinda miss my squirly little pupper. Love the dog he's grown into tho.

Another way of training your dog is to let your cats do the work for you.

I did it, and she nearly killed herself by freaking with the door being locked. She loves her crate- her house as we call it, and will go in and out and rest etc but you lock the door and walk out the room and he’ll break out. So we decided her life was worth more then that. So she goes in and out and when needed I lock her in, not really beaded after she was a year old, nearly 3 now.

I have NEVER had crates to my dogs. And I do NOT want such a “ thing”! 😢 When my dogs are too aktive, I take them into a room to relax for a little while. This have helped in my home. ❤🤗🐾🐾🐕🐾🐾🐾🐕🐾🐾🐕🐾🐾🐕🐾🐾🐕🐾Greetings with lov
