My hair honestly gets wet immediately but I always start off with a deep clean shampoo and follow up moisturizing shampoo so it never has major buildup. But I claim normal porosity. Not many of us 😊

Some of my BEST low porosity “LOPO” Growth tips 🌱 👇🏾 “LOPO” 🔸Extremely resistant to accepting moisture. 🔸Hair cuticles are “low” preventing moisture from entering so before we even get to what kind of products you should be using, we need to be strategic when applying these products to ensure it gets into the hair strand (and stays there!). 🔸Anything that raises that cuticle slightly enables your hair to accept moisture (steam!). Techniques to use: 🪴Deep conditioning with a heat/steam cap, or overnight if that’s your thing! 🪴Applying leave in conditioner straight after or in a steamy shower.
