Isn't it one of the responsibilities of a president to be able to negotiate deals with other countries and achieve positive outcomes for his people?
If he's failing at his job, and it's obvious that the people are too afraid to elect anybody else. Of course there's going to be dissatisfaction in the country.

See what the truth is steadily coming out to see how ruthless the United States can be but we point the finger Russia right and you expect him not to behave the way he’s acting towards the evil country the United States has become and it’s not the people of the problem it’s our government it’s like Lebanese woman one said to me She wants said to me in front of my wife and I when we were fishing she said it’s not the people are problem it’s there governments of the world…

If Kevork was actually well informed enough to warrant being taken seriously as analyst on the situation in Syria he would know that the KURDS control that oil, because they are the ones who confronted ISIS (which gained control of most of the territory & oil wells in that region back in 2014) and fought/defeated them in 2019. In doing so the Kurds liberated that area frm ISIS oppression, & they seized control of the oil wells that ISIS had taken 5yrs earlier.
Since then the Kurds have overseen the production & refinement of the oil, and they've been selling it to various regional parties — one of which is Assad's regime.
And this should not cause or create any new problems for Assad's regime since its essentially jst a continuation of the arrangement that the regime had negotiated in 2014 w/ ISIS — in which Assad's regime had been purchasing oil (& wheat) frm ISIS through intermediaries (like Assad's billionaire cronies, George Haswani & Hussam al-Katerji) providing ISIS w/ 100s of millions of $$$ which they used to fund & expand their operations.
For 5yrs THAT went on & we never heard any complaints frm the regime, and their legion of lying propagandists & shills — but when the control of that oil switched to the Kurds suddenly there was a problem, and their legions of liars began to cry about how the US was "stealing Syria's oil", which not only is objectively untrue, but also gives the false impression that Syria was being deprived of resources in a way which created a new problem, which is also untrue.

The Kurds are, & have been, perfectly willing to sell oil to the regime, jst as ISIS had been doing. So any new problems the regime's experiencing are being caused by something else which their corrupt asses are up to.

Lastly, another thing they never mention is the fact that a few years ago Assad signed over the exclusive rights to Syria's oil & natural resources to RUSSIA, as compensation for their support. So even if the Kurds did not control that oil it still wouldn't be benefitting the Syrian ppl or state — it would jst be helping wealthy Russian oligarchs amass even more wealth. Whereas now, w/ the Kurds producing & selling it, the $$$ generated frm that oil is actually being used to help fund Kurdish gov services for the public & fund their security forces as well. And since the Kurds are also SYRIANS, that means Syrian ppl ARE benefitting frm the $$$ that comes frm the sale of that oil — which would not otherwise occur if they didn't control that oil.

If I know this shit then there's no excuse for Kevork here not to know it too. So he's either a liar who purposefully misleads his audience, or a fraud who doesn't know shit & isnt qualified to speak on these things.
