Terbaik doktor saya dah berhenti hisap pod/vape . Sudah berbulan2 lamanya . Dulu prnah on off juga tapi skrg alhamdulillah dapat lawan dan skrg sikit pun dah tak ketagih dgn nikotin tu smua . Alhamdulillah . Nafas makin puas tidur pun senang bangun pun awal tak kena ulu hati dan gerd mcm sebelum ni waktu hisap . Skrg siap jaga permakanan dan makan spt yg disyorkan oleh doktor .
