Why didn’t you do your research? All the details you are complaining about are readily available on the Cartier website…the dimensions, dial colour etc. The strap will never be supple straight out of the box, it takes time to bed-in & shape itself to your wrist. This watch is available in an XL size & had you adhered to Cartiers return policy you could have changed it for the larger model.
Remember…it’s a classy, iconic, occasional wear dress watch, not a 40mm tool watch!
In summary, all the negatives you have mentioned are completely your fault, nothing to do with Cartier or this watch in particular, do your research BEFORE purchasing & you’ll have nothing to complain about.

Box felt cheap…who cares, it’s a box. As for the watch being small…well that’s the size. It is what it is. There’s an XL model. You sound like one of those people who leaves negative product reviews on Amazon because of insignificant things 😂
