When ordering/purchasing a dress like this, my suggestion is to buy large. If you’re concerned (AT ALL) that the dress will be too small- size up.
You may end up paying to take it down to your size, but that will likely be more inexpensive than adding godets, or panels to your dress to make it large enough for you.
