I would honestly rank P Groudon #2 because it has way more TDO 680.2 vs 532 (M Charizard Y). Dps is little bigger with charizard but groudon stays alive longer boosting other pokemons and ending up dealing more dmg even when u try to heal charizard back alive.

Considering Lucario is also weak to fighting and both doggos can know CC,that is gonna be rough. Safe to stay with ground and fire both benefit from sunny weather. PLUS Groudon can be used as an anchor and have everyone benefit without being on the field to BOTH types
