I was 13-18 only forty four to forty nine years ago, so I relate. That late teens-early 20βs period can involve some serious downs, along with any ups. Everybody is different, but I think itβs still generally true that a lot of things get easier after that.

So often I think about how much I miss being a young naive kid that didn't have a care in the world. At least once a day I wish I could go back to being a little kid. Being disabled overweight doesn't help.π’

I understand that times were simpler as children because of the fewer responsabilities, but I believe that we can still have as much fun as we used to as children, despite the responsabilities adding up as we grow older.
Think about it, why were we so curious? Why did we taste everything fully with hapiness? Because we were discovering the world, we were discovering things! If we want to feel what we used to feel as children, we have to discover new things by travelling and trying new things.
There is an inner child in all of us and we're choking it with anxiety and the society's judgments. We must free this child by ignoring those judgments and by discovering new things.
