Hi Kendra, I know you didn't mean that night shift is for the weaks. I work in a Medical floor, charge nurse with 5 patients on my own, no break time, up on my feet for 12 hours. In my humble opinion, it just depends of where you work and the management, but in general, nursing isn't for the weaks mostly in the Hospital. Enjoy your day. ❤
