I've had Korean yuzu tea, via Amazon. It was like a looser version of a marmalade that I used as a spread on toast, but is evidently supposed to be stirred into hot water as a beverage. At least, that's how I worked it out (obviously not Korean, just food-curious).

Do you mean chung? Jeon is savory 'pancakes'.

Can we have a recipe for this version of Cheong please?

I've found a number of ones with fruit and sugar, but James specifically says that the homemade condiment he's got there has a lot of salt in it as well, making it more savoury. The store bought ones I've tried are all too sweet for my liking

Please tell us the recipe James used! I cannot find one online that uses salt as well as sugar?

I’m sorry but…”girlfriend” surprised me more than them calling the green condiment a pancake.

Y'alls pronunciation of jujube and cheong is rather painful.... I make cheong to turn into wine. Equal parts sugar and fruit and let it sit to extract and slightly ferment, although many modern preparations of it don't allow it to ferment and concentrate more on flavor extraction.

So many mistakes in this video. These concentrated tea are all terrible. For jujube make it yourself from dried fruit
