Use to be a gunsmith in Ocala FL ART LAWSON he built a 1911 with ballist in it when fired the slide goes back but a weight on the guide rod went forward, The result was a 45 with no muzzle flip,The gun was a little on the heavy side but you could hold it with one hand with no issues,
