Very good advice and information!
Passing this along to my husband that is struggling to get his high blood pressure under control, and lose his big
belly! He’s muscular and fairly fit, but is carrying a lot of excess weight in his mid-section and neck, also has sleep apnea on a Bi-pap machine at night. He is 65 years old , and very much needs to take care of these health issues to hopefully avoid stroke & kidney damage. Thankyou for educating & reminding us how to get going on the right track to better health outcomes!

I have high blood pressure.... I work out every day.... have always been a runner... none smoker... not diabetic... definitely genetics.... it's really annoying. I try hard to get my pressure down

I smoke 30 cigrettes/day from 16 years. All of sudden i opened this vedio and quit smoking. Its 5th day i am not smoking due to this vedio. I had seen so many videos about smoking issues, nothing benefited me. I dont know what is special in this video.. Anyway thank you so much 🤜🤛 i cant forget y

I've lost over 200 lbs over the last few years by slowly adjusting my diet. Since the beginning of 2024 I've been strict whole foods / and keeping carbs under 20 per day. * No sugar or seed oils whatsoever.
While I'm so proud of the weight-loss & proud that i now exercise / take walks & resistant train, I'm still a smoker.
Do you have *Any tips on How to stop long term habits??
After watching your videos, i worry that my Quest for health has been in vain since i can't seem to lay the cigarettes down. 😢
