Hold the phone! Obi-Wan was granted a seat on the Jedi High Council for successfully investigating a bombing? The Jedi High Council expelled Ahsoka Tano for SUSPICION of bombing the hangar at the Jedi temple, and ANAKIN SKYWALKER successfully investigated that bombing, redeemed his padawan, and brought the actual bomber to justice DURING Ahsoka’s trial, but wasn’t granted a seat on the council, nor was he granted the rank of master. Seems to me the Jedi high council was fuggin up left right and center on who gets on the council, and entirely mishandled the Anakin/chosen one thing. I’d argue that the poor judgement of the council pushed Anakin to many of his poor decisions.
