RECIPE:

1.5 cup of Moong Dal
0.5 cup Urad dal
Homemade Curd
Asafoetida
Sugar
Salt
Chaat Masala
Roasted Cumin Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Tamarind Chutney
Mint Coriander Chutney
Grapes/Pomegranate Seeds (optional)
Oil to fry

Soak the Dals for 2 hours and grind into smooth paste.
Make Bhalla and fry in medium hot flame till they turn little golden.
Dilute asafoetida in a big bowl of water and soak the fried bhallas for 10-15 mins or till they have doubled in size
Squeeze the water out of them and dip in sweetened whipped curd.
Put tamarind Chutney, mint coriander Chutney on top
Sprinkle Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat masala and roasted Cumin Powder according to taste.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds or grapes.
Serve cold.
Ready!!
