Thanks, this great! My family and I aren't vegan, but always have TVP/soy curls on hand as they're so cheap, versatile and shelf stable. If I'm lazy but want some extra protein I just dump them into a stock/broth, pasta sauce or soup and they're instantly good to go and delicious.
