Do you often feel that your knee shimmy is so tense that you can barely smile, not to mention adding another movement on top of it?😂🙈🙈🙈Here are a couple of tips for you.👇👇👇⁣

✅Forget about trying to be fast with your movements! ❌❌❌ 👉Instead, focus of being relaxed, and having a nice range of motion in your legs. That’s much more important for achieving spectacular shimmies. 😉⁣⁣

✅Aim to do a simple knee shimmy for a long time NONSTOP. If you've never done this exercise before, you'll be surprised how long 3-5 minutes are! 😓The goal is to do it nonstop and make sure that you are not locking (tensing) muscles at any point of this exercise.💪💪💪⁣⁣

✅Keep track of your breathing, and try to talk while practicing your shimmy. It will force you to relax.🤗🤗🤗⁣⁣

✅Then add arm movements. In slow tempo, and in different directions. First it can be symmetrical arm patterns, but then try to move each arm differently💃⁣⁣

✅Only then move on to more complicated movements, like undulation or maya layered on top of a shimmy.❤️❤️❤️⁣
