Tirando is a method of plucking used in classical guitar and flamenco guitar. Tirando is Spanish for "pulling", not "throwing" in this usage.

스페인어의 tirar(동사원형)는 이중적인 의미가 있습니다. 당기다,던지다 등. 당기다라고 표현할시 뜯어치는 학생들이 많기 때문에 (공중으로)던지다 라는 표현을 저는 주로 합니다.
Al aire 는 “개방현” open string을 의미하기도 하며 “공중으로” 라는 뜻을 가지고 있어서 tirando를 설명할시 tirar(el dedo)al aire 라고 설명문으로 쓸 수도 있습니다.
