Recipe—-
Take maida 2 cups, 1/2 cup ghee and mix well
The quantity of ghee depends on stiffness of dough
Add water and knead a a dough
Keep it for 2 hours
Take 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and cook till sugar
dissolves
Add 1/2 tsp elaichi powder and cook till one string..
Now in other bowl add 3 tbsp ghee and 1 1/2 tbsp
maida and mix well..
Now take a portion of dough roll it, apply maida and
ghee mixture, sprinkle maida, put another roti on top
and form layers..
Roll it and apply water at then end and roll tightly..
Now cut in equal pieces, dust some maida and roll it..
Put in hot oil, let it float it and then flip it..
Cook till golden brown..
Add in sugar syrup..
Put on plate, sprinkle almonds and rose petals..
