Me and my daughter made this just now. It’s very soft and delicious ! I had to cook bit longer and I reduced temp little bit (340 degree ) it worked perfectly for us !

- Preheat oven to 170°c (350°f)
2 eggs
1stp Vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
- Beat until sugar dissolves
1/2 cup oil
- Beat until mixed
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
- mix well
In a pan add:
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
- Heat milk mixture until melted and add to the batter
- Add to greased pan
- Bake for 35-40min.
