My sweetness has crohns. Sadly they got it in middle school so the doctor didnt believe they could have it. By the time they took it seriously they had gone into sepsis and are now missing a large chunk of their large intestines.

How bad things have to be in America that you have to be told to go talk to a doctor when you are not feeling well. Seriously, literally anywhere else that is civilized, you just go to the doctor and, either it's fully paid by your taxes (which are not that much higher than in America, as we're not wasting trillions in the army) or you pay a fraction of an amout that is REASONABLE to begin with. America is a hellscape if you intend to live with any degree of health.
