Worked for the Laskowski family for 12 years. Great sawmill, I worked for the Lastec division which made golf course mowing equipment. Was on some of the best GC in the country

Dead standing wood contains alot of moisture, so I hope you dry that wood out for a month or 2. Otherwise there's gunna be some cracking and warping, etc... even at 1.5" thick...
