For me it will react to my wrist hitting the screen when it should be wrist proof. It’s really sad, but I guess if I wanna draw I have to deal with it.

Depends on what you’re using to draw. If you use ApplePencil you might wanna toggle the “only draw with pencil” switch in settings
Try updating your software. Might help as well

This happened to me on a different program cause I was resting the side of my hand on the screen without realizing, so it thought I was drawing in two places at once. Maybe that's it?

Maybe its a problem with your screen for your device? Or a sensitivity problem, play around with the settings in procreate.
