These were perfectly sweet without needing to add any sweetener, and they have added protein from the yogurt and vanilla protein powder!
Donโt want to use protein powder? No problem - leave it out and add your sweetener of choice (they wonโt be sweet enough with just the yogurt and oranges IMO).
Blend the following together:
6 mandarins (about 1 cup) OR 3/4 cup orange juice (donโt need to strain if using juice)
1/3 cup yogurt of choice
1 TBS of @nuzestkids vanilla protein (SAGEANDCELERY saves $)
Dash of salt
Blend oranges and then strain (should come to around 3/4 cup). Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Pour in popsicle mold and let freeze for at least 5 hours
