I built a 283 crank with 400 block dynoed at 475 horse 436 ft lbs tq. Motor was out of a 4 door 66 bel air. Went into a 73 Cheyenne... That was a long time ago 31years ago miss that truck everyday.... Sold it because my first child was on its way for 6 k dollars that was good money back then. But I'd rather have kept it.... Tore up the streets of Sutton west Virginia with it. And every holler in the county.... Truck was white with a fat orange pin stripe down the side..... Called it white lightning ...had it etched in the back window .... Good o'l boys having some good o'l times.... Now I'm an old buck but still tinker around with a motor or 2..... Hello from the mountains of West by god Virginia.. Outlaws by birth...
