Dear Western society,
Africa is not a country, it's a continent with a lot of individual countries, you just can't say in Africa generally basing your theory on that one particular small village and claim the rest of Africa is like that. I am in Botswana, we have two thermal power stations that supply the whole country. Most countries in Africa does it like that only a few where the developments are still undergoing would you find citizens having generators.
