As a former team member myself, I would definitely not recommend team driving with your spouse or fiance. It could work in some circumstances, but in most, you'll get sick of each other very fast. Imagine being stuck in a tiny room with each other 24/7 for weeks or even months at a time. You'll feel like you're the only 2 people on the planet.

I’ve never teamed and had 3 different girls in my truck at different times of course lol. It’s a rider policy for those who don’t want to team. If you’re willing to pay the bills & her venture into work from home jobs, it’s definitely doable.

Most people that Team drive, have a larger sleeper cab, or even have a toter home tractor. And are owner/operators so they can travel wherever they want to.
