I’ve gone through 2 whole rounds (72 sessions combined) and it triggered my TMJD, but I got a sports bite guard to wear that helped a ton. Also took Advil 45 mins before each session and that helped a lot too. For me, even with the pain, the benefits DEF were worth it

I never went through TMS, but I did ECT over the course of a year and it saved my life! It was kinda scary to undergo anesthesia every month, but I became functioning and was able to really take control of my mental health. Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s so important for people to know that there really is help out there.
