That’s one aspect , being a cook /chef drains you mentally really bad, if you don’t take some time off from time to time you gonna have a meltdown .
There is also the aspect of self satisfaction from the job itself, sometimes I doubt myself if I am good enough because I know I can always improve .
It’s a hard job .
