The halo worked, but several engineers have pointed out that the design isnt quite perfect. Whilst I will say there needs to be *something*... I hope the halo is redeveloped to be more similar to the original design before the centre pillar. There's two gaps that many haven't fixed after all.

I never understood how a driver's unprotected head wasn't addressed for so long. It shouldn't have taken so many drivers losing their lives, or sustaining life altering injuries, for the problem to finally be addressed. It took the same thing happening in NASCAR before glaring safety issues were addressed.
