Ingredients-
Wheat flour dough (made into noodle shape)
Jaggery (around 250 g)
Raw half coconut (sliced thin)
Elachi/Cardamom powder (grounded 8)
Boiled milk (1.5 ltr)
Procedure-
Melt jaggery in water on the stove, add sliced coconut pieces, cardamom powder for flavour and aroma, then add boiled milk followed by already prepared dough noodles. Now boil the mixture for 20-25 minutes till you get the right consistency. Happy cooking 😁
