As someone who indeed has mild hyperlordosis, I have to concentrate so hard on proper form for anything back related and lifting. Thankfully, because of this, I currently experience very little back pain. Also, people use a leg pillow at night and get some good toe spacers

Full video please!!! I’m almost 50 and I’ve learned 2 things I’ve been doing wrong my whole life. Too much mouth breathing while I sleep and most likely sloppy posture. I feel like a dumbass going a half century probably not standing right, but never too old to correct.
