Drop the second vowel sound and you've got the pronunciation of the name Strien down. Dutch is a pretty phonetic language (though with a few a tricks up its sleeve), but with tons of diphthongs. The "ie" makes for one vowel that is similar to the ea in the English word lean.

As I presume TLDR will cover the Dutch formation again in the future, please allow me to help you how to pronounce Yeşilgöz: It is more like "Yes ill Gus" than "Yes she goes". I believe the emphasis must be on "Yes", but I have also heard news outlets emphasise the second syllable instead of the first one.

Thats how propper democracies work, everyone has to work together and find compromises that a majority of people would support. This isn't anything astonishing, weird or bad its just how democracies that arent 1/2 party systems work. (could be bad if its like wartime or similar situations but generally people stop trying to get as much leverage as possible and cooperate fairly quickly at that point)
