Çikolata parçaları
* Önce şeker ve 3 yumurtayı bembeyaz olana kadar mikser ile çırpın. Çok çırpmak keki çok kabartır :)
* Yağı ekle ve çırpmaya devam et.
* Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyalı eleyerek dök ve en son sütü ekleyip eline çırpıcı al ve alttan yukarı doğru karıştır.
* Yağladığın kaselere koy (ısıya dayanıklı kullan)
* 180 derece de üzeri kabarana kadar pişir. Benimki 35 dk da pişti. Afiyet olsun⬇️
Ingredients
For 4 bowls;
3 eggs
200ml glass of sugar
200ml glass melted butter or sunflower oil
200ml glass of milk
10g baking powder
10g vanilla
2.5 cups flour (200 ml 1 cup)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
Chocolate chips
* First, beat the sugar and 3 eggs with a mixer until they turn white. Whisking too much makes the cake too fluffy :)
* Add the oil and keep whisking.
* Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla and add the milk and mix from the bottom up.
* Put into greased bowls (use heat resistant)
* Bake at 180 degrees until the top rises. Mine was baked in 35 min. Enjoy
