Ok, the technique isn't right: the pauses between each drop can't be so long. You shouldn't wait until each drop cools down! And each drop must overlap half of the previous. The current would be higher, like 120A, and last less time in each one and and less time between them. Furthermore, this metal isn't so thin! Thin metal would be 1/28" (0,9mm). I can weld 1/28" thickness with this technique described!

Ok, I'm REALLY new at welding, and even I can practically see the holes and inclusions between the welds... I'm not thinking there's much penetration going on either. As I start to learn welding, I'm actually amazed at how many "experts" don't seem to know much about welding.

If you want this technique to be it's strongest grind of the slag after each pause. Or use a smaller rod
