The problem is this question is very ambiguous. I've had recruiters ask me to cover the more casual things about me after I explained the experiences I've had that would make me a good fit for the role, then I've had others that don't say anything insinuating that I'm covering the correct things.

Hereâs the problem with the interview process. HR are experts looking for expert answers. Problem is that some crappy candidates interview extremely well and some great candidates do horrible in interviews. Looking back at my Teams interview with HR, and 2 other Managers for a Millwright position, my brain was so nervous, but fixing machines calms me. Thereâs got to be a better way

Is it a good approach to ask the interviewer outright what topic should you start with? As in, "What would you specifically like to know about me first?".
This way, in my view, you don't rush into the interview with information and are instead cautious in what the needs of the employer are, giving you a certain aura of wisdom.
Also, this gives you the time to think about things you could bring up and give a more adaptable approach to the position and the questions of the recruiter.

Could you do an video on combating brain fog during interviews? My nurves tend to make me lose my train of thought and I go blank at the most important parts which is really fruatrating!
