I got one last week and and I LOVE it. Two tips: You may not need to re-spin if you're adding mix-ins. And if you prefer a denser consistency, try spinning it on Gelato instead of Light Ice Cream; it puts less air into the mix (it won't look as smooth and fluffy, but just put your spoon in it and taste to test whether it's smooth enough for you).
