Explains a lot about Rome to be fair, rarely seen a chicken that didn't want to eat.

There was another case we're the chickens allegedly didn't eat. The commander claimed they did and when a priest contradicted him he said "if he lied the gods will punish him". Then he put the priest in the front lines where he died with a spear in his back.

Source: Machiavelli talked about both incidents in one of his books

He actually consulted the chickens, cow livers and the skies, all signs said no, but he said yes

there was a time when a U.S navel vessel was contacted by Canadians telling them they need to go 15 degrees to the north to avoid crashing and the big shot of the big boat basicly said fuck you, you go 15 degrees south the response was " we are a lighthouse, your move"

We absolutely need an anthology series about all the Historic figures that would fit in in the Greater Seinfeld Universe. 😂

“Hey bro, I don’t feel too good about this battle.”

“Because the Carthaginians are known for their overwhelming naval capabilities?”

“No. I threw that fucking chicken into the ocean!”
