I cut 11lbs (5kg) in a week before. Just cut 2kg, 1.5kg, 0.4kg and 1kg in the last 4 weeks on a new cut but have continued drinking alcohol and having the odd takeaway. Easily doable in 8 weeks but you've gotta know what you're doing and be disciplined.
I wouldn't recommend the first cut to just anyone tho, it's not for the faint hearted 😏
