I had my first week back to work full time and I am really missing my little guy!
The hubby drops him at DC every morning and I do the pick ups after work.
The first few days he didn’t cry at all, but now he’s crying the moment he enters the building :( the lady said it only lasts 5 min then he’s busy playing with his friends.
but man it just breaks my heart!!!

Of course you need to keep your business running, but you are not going to fire yourself for noise in the background or for bringing your baby to work, so cudos to you but it is a huuuuuge difference. I applaud you for your tenacity and courage to create a business, not everyone can.
