To penetrate these markets, banks must 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡, simplify digital platforms, and design 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 that meet unique regional needs.

Sinha urged the industry to combine 𝐀𝐈, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐒𝐓𝐏) with strong 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐘𝐂 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to lower servicing costs while expanding financial inclusion.
