I sleep on my right side…can’t sleep on my back due to herniations in my lower back & I can’t sleep on my left side due to sciatica…my whole right arm goes numb & also my right hand. This I’m definitely going to have to try for my shoulder pain & hopefully will help alleviate the numbness & tingling I wake up with.

Yep, helps. If I end up on my side in my sleep I’ll usually wake up with one or both arms numb.

At a gym or if you own a pull up tower with dip bar handles, you can do this same thing on the ends. You can use a broomstick or the long mobility stick too. Just lean your bodyweight into it. My advice as an LMT, is hook it under the claivicle to not only work the Pectoral muscles, but it digs into the scalenes and longus coli muscles by grabbing the clavipectoral fascia

My arm folds like, right over under my body when I sleep on my side and it causes specifically this area to hurt most of the time. I’m definitely be trying this!

I start now been doing neck back and hips this way to lower back as well..no pain works like a charm ..😮
