I sleep on my right side…can’t sleep on my back due to herniations in my lower back & I can’t sleep on my left side due to sciatica…my whole right arm goes numb & also my right hand. This I’m definitely going to have to try for my shoulder pain & hopefully will help alleviate the numbness & tingling I wake up with.

At a gym or if you own a pull up tower with dip bar handles, you can do this same thing on the ends. You can use a broomstick or the long mobility stick too. Just lean your bodyweight into it. My advice as an LMT, is hook it under the claivicle to not only work the Pectoral muscles, but it digs into the scalenes and longus coli muscles by grabbing the clavipectoral fascia
