I think the saddest part though is when you start dating someone that havenā€™t healed yet and when they start to get vulnerable with you and you start to show that you like them; they leave because there is a chance that they get hurt if they grow feelings toošŸ˜¢ itā€™s sad to fall for someone that hasnā€™t healed yet, cuz u still want to help them, but they are scared of commitment, so u feel powerless in the situation

This is so true. When we're healed it's scary to be vulnerable to trust the right person but only for a brief time before they show us we can trust them. And then it all comes together and the healing time was worthwhile.

How can one heal from a broken heart and getting attack daily?
I choose me before I choose a relationship. Recently I was talking to GOD and I said I have to be healed before I get into a relationship. I have to be my best self. I need help. Please pray for me. I pray for everyone experiencing the same.

I think using the word ā€œhealā€ puts a lot of pressure on people.
We never fully heal. Rather, we should be ā€œdoing the workā€. Focusing on self growth and learning about how to establish and set boundaries. ā¤

After my last relationship, I donā€™t ever want to be in a relationship again. Iā€™ve suffered too much. Freedom is good. Iā€™m learning to love myself plus I have dignity and pride.

In the most authentic and delicate way possible, I just suggested to a man that he should start a healing journey. I told him that the way he speaks about women is a telltale sign that he has unhealed trauma. Itā€™s just my opinion, but hopefully heā€™ll take the advice. Thereā€™s a lot of trauma out here thatā€™s quickly morphing its way into toxicity. Even if you donā€™t heal your trauma for a potential relationship, heal for yourself and your own peace.

Oh wow, I felt this one!!! I'll be 5yrs free from an abusive marriage in another month & a half. I opened up to a healthy relationship about 3mo ago. The possibilities are super exciting, AND I'm terrified!!! But every time I've opened up about a need, he's ready to do whatever he can. It's a foreign concept to me, and I'm so thankful for him & this new chance for finding out what REAL human love feels like! ā¤

Thank you, I needed this. I kept seeing people after their "healing" phase, become hardened and hang out only with people they find either useful or validate them, and they develop a very weird easy way of just cutting people out from their life. I mean, this "healing" turned them cold and cruel, like it made people lose their patience and made them friendly in appearance but so cold and quick in detaching from people in their life. I questioned myself, I thought that maybe I healed in a wrong way or I am not healed, because I actually grew in love, overcame my suffering and actually want to pour my love on a woman and make her life beautiful. But in reality... they are not healed... they are actually running as you said, from vulnerability, from kindness, from true love. They run, they calouse their souls and then proceed to misunderstand the concept of cutting people out from their lives and they actually cut the people who touch their vulnerability, who confront them with good intention. They are not healed, they just think they are.

We have to heal and CHOOSE to open our hearts again. If we don't we are hiding parts of ourselves, avoiding feeling pain and seeing the world through the lenses of our past wounds and we unconsciously inflict our trauma and pain onto others. There's no way around it.

Thank you stephan, healing is a way of being intentional about ourselves and becoming a better version of ourselves, this helps us immensely to see clearly and pick rightly.

I have learned in life that the past is the past focus on the Lord and he will direct the path that we need to walk in him relationship is something we have to pray about before we enter into one the devil sends people into your life to destroy you to take the peace from you but God will fulfill our relationship with his grace and his Mercy once we put him first blessings

Thank you Stephan for explaining this message from God to recovery from scares, bruises, and open wounds from our hearts to receive God's special love and protection to not use bandaid šŸ©¹šŸ¤• mentality. When God's healings is there it will help you to see the path or journey who needs to be with you to complete your journey, and fulfilling your assignment he has for you,šŸ™

So true, thatā€™s why I took 2 yrs to heal and be single. Being more cautious this time around, as I donā€™t have a problem being single. I value myself and Iā€™m not anyoneā€™s option, if I canā€™t be their priority then let the next man step up, plain and simple.
