That's very basic, a spiritual awakening is the most profound experience anyone can have. You can't just do six things, I don't know what it's like to have an awakening gradually but I have spoken with people who said it takes intense deep meditation. I had a spontaneous awakening and there are no words to accurately explain it, I was overwhelmed with peace and love, and felt like part of the universe, it felt like somebody opened my head and turned on a light and everything became clear to me, who I am, who we are, what God is. For 5 months I was euphoric then I came back to my normal state of mind which was depressing but I wouldn't change it for any amount of money and one day I'll get back to that state but it takes work. Wishing everybody the best on your journey. ๐ โฎ๐
