Some explanation:
The hands are supposed to be Noogai3's code in him. It was meant to be giving him headpats because everytime he answers, it's the code talking. Especially in that Violence scene where the hand on his forehead was doing a cursor symbol, and Chosen was doing the Noogai3 pose.
(That one looping animation I made where Noogai3 was puppeteering everyone, but it's also just him using a keyboard, I call it the Creator pose.)
That's why he didn't start with the hands too. Chosen himself was the one talking at the start.
And it was Noogai3 that made him blame the Sin on his friend.
Dark said it was Y O U. And then the hands went away
