Same problem, haven't fixed it yet but I hope to do what someone here said and put a piece of cardboard inbetween the dpad and the rubber.

Maybe soak the dpad in rubbing alcohol to clean the switches

My Dpad sticks like mad in the bottom right any time I do a hadoken motion (ββ)

Easy fix: Take some slim cardboard, like from battery packaging, cut in a + shape and put it between the membrane and D-Pad itself. This way you eliminate any free space between the membrane and dpad. Works like a charm. I did this bc of Street Fighter where the dpad didnt register properly on the right side.
